How to master your mornings
This week, I challenged my online HAH community to try out a simple morning ritual, and now I want to share it here so you can give it a go this weekend too! It’s easy to follow and can help set the tone for your day:
5 minutes of gentle stretching to wake up your body.
A glass of water (with or without lemon) to hydrate.
5 minutes of journaling or meditation to clear your mind.
When it comes to creating a habit, it’s more effective to focus on what you want to change rather than setting rigid or unrealistic goals.
For example, instead of saying, “I don’t want to spend 1 hour scrolling on social media in bed,” try reframing it to, “I want to spend 5 minutes reading a book before I sleep.”
By keeping it positive and achievable, you’ll find yourself making progress without the pressure.
Give this morning ritual a try and see how you feel. Small changes can lead to big transformations! 💫
