GET FRIDAYS OFF TO THE BEST START…
My Zoom classes started as a lockdown thing, but they’ve taken on a life of their own!
Come and join the friendliest online workout around.
HAH Low Impact is a 30-minute weekly workout that will get your heartrate up and tone all the major muscles to leave you feeling ready to face the world!
“I really look forward to our HAH class. I feel such benefit from the exercises & Aimee is so encouraging… she is always so positive & she makes it so easy to follow her as she does each exercise with us, which vary from week to week. A lovely rapport has built up with the group whose ages range from twenties to sixties. Roll on another year of HAH… love it!”

WHAT KIND OF CLASS IS IT?
Low impact is no jumping-type movements - this means less loading on your joints and more time to focus on the muscles!
All you need is an exercise mat (or carpeted floor) and a weighted object. If you’ve got a dumbbell - great! If not, pop me a message and I’ll give you some options. Everyone has something suitable at home.
These fun classes are a great way to get your body moving at the end of the week and activate those happy endorphins for the weekend.
WHO IS THE CLASS FOR?
