WHAT IS IN-PERSON PT?

You’ll train with me twice a week (or more, if you want) in a lovely private studio gym in Holywood, Northern Ireland.

We’ll start with a consultation - you can tell me about any previous experience with exercise, and what you want to achieve.

I’ll design you a fitness programme that suits your lifestyle, your body, and your schedule.

Alongside your in-person sessions, I’ll offer nutritional advice to help you get to your health and body goals.

Want to do more exercise between sessions? I can advise on that, too.
